Helsinki Rugby Club competes in three championships as well as many tournaments.
The mens first XV compete at the highest level in Finland - the Finnish Championship men 2009, while the second XV take part in the Finnish Cup and in 2010 we will once again combine with Warriors RC to form Fuusio to take part in the Ladies' Finnish Cup, but ths year we will have two Fuusio teams.
